Stacey Tice

Christian Education Director

Stacey Tice has been serving the people of First Congo since 2008. Through the growth of our church family,
she has had the opportunity of wearing many hats allowing her to focus on all ages and experience much.
She loves having church events that bring people together around a table to learn, grow, laugh, and have fun.

One of her favorite things about our church family is that we have many opportunities to connect the ages.
Young children through seasoned adults can be found at various times around the table interacting and engaging one with another, serving in our community with one another, working on a project with one another and just being together. We found several years ago that we are better together and going through this journey called
life together is life giving to all ages.

She loves being married to Jon and being mom to Abby (and husband, John) and Ellie. She loves long walks (especially in the snow), a good book, gardening, beautiful dishes and dinner parties with family and friends.

Kylan Dubbels

Youth Leader

Kylan is a graduate of Northwestern High School and Indiana Wesleyan University, where he graduated with
a degree in Youth Ministry. Kylan started college with a desire to encourage students through teaching and coaching. However, God had a better plan to use those desires, and called him to the Ministry during his time
at IWU. He started at First Congo in the summer of 2014, and has been serving the HS, MS, and college
students of First Congo since then.

Kylan married his wife, Haleigh, in October of 2019. They enjoy going on walks, riding bikes, and eating at many local Mexican restaurants together. Kylan’s life goal is that his wife, son (as of December 2020), family, church family, and students all feel God’s love through him, and that he points them all to Jesus Christ.
